Started as a husband and wife team that just wanted to get a good parking spot during the 2004 season has evolved into a big time production. Normally joined by three or four more car loads of later arriving friends, we always have the grill hot and of course there is always some sort of dead animal flesh cooking on it.

Normally meat, meat and more meat. Some of our favorites include marinated or dry rub tri-tip, carne asada, Shish kabobs, pork loin, etc. We also do an awesome batch of garlic cream cheese jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon.

Normally on the third or fourth row in from Gate 1 on the hard aisle of B3 section of Qualcomm. We park in between the regular auto section and the drive that separates the RV section.

You will need to enter B3 section through Gate 1. If traveling South on I-15, exit Friars Road but make sure to stay in the left exit lane. (Two lanes will exit off the 15. The slow lane is exit only and the next lane can either exit or keep going south)

The two exit lanes branch into four lanes. If the lane on the far right is Lane #1, you will want to turn left from Lane #3. This way you can turn left on Friars Rd and be in the best position to merge into the right lane. After turning left, you will pass over the freeway. Exiting traffic going northbound will be merging into the far right lane. Make sure to get as far over to the right as safely possible because you will be turning right on Rancho Mission Road.

Turn right on Rancho Mission Rd. Go all the way down the hill to San Diego Mission Road. Turn right on San Diego Mission Rd and proceed to merge into the left lane. Go over the freeway once again and Qualcomm Stadium will be on your left. Enter through Gate 1 and look for our tailgate. We drive a Black Lincoln Navigator with a Chargers grill on the back parked on the hard aisle between the RV section and the regular cars.

Don't bring bottles or you will get a ticket from the police no warning, no questions asked. If you join us, make sure to bring something for the effort. You bring it, we'll grill it up for you. We would love to feed everyone but because the size of the group varies each week we encourage people to bring what they want to eat. That way we don't overbuy and lots of food goes uneaten or thrown away or we buy too little and lots of people show up empty handed expecting to get fed.
